How to use Video On Demand?

What Type Of Equipment Is Needed?
Video On Demand service requires a digital converter box, and is available to customers who reside in a 2-way service area.

Where can I find VOD?
VOD is only available on Digital Cable. You must have a digital converter box and subscribe to Digital Plus or a Premium Service.

When Will VOD Be Available? 
Wave Video On Demand is currently available in all neighborhoods located in a 2-way area. Just press VOD or menu on your remote control (depending on which remote you have). Below is a step by step guide.
If you do not see the screen below with the VOD selection button available, VOD is not available on your digital converter box.

To find out if your neighborhood resides in a 2-way area,
use our Search Availability tool or call customer service at 916-652 9479 to assist you with our VOD service.


Step-by-Step Guide to VOD

Step 1:
Option 1: Using your remote choose Menu.
(This opens the quick access menu)
Choose the movie clapper board.
(Navigate using the arrows)


 
 
 
 
Option 2:
If your remote has the VOD button, click on this and it will take you straight to the Panel

Option 3:
Choose Channel 1 on your remote, and this will take you straight to the panel.

 
Step 2:
Make your Movie choice
Click OK.
 
Step 3:
Navigate to the buy button
Click OK
 
Step 4:
Confirm, press Buy again and that is it!

In a few seconds the movie will come up and begin playing.
