Wave Broadband recommends that you set your computer, or network device provisioned with a Static IP Address to use DHCP to obtain your IP Address. Your computer, or network device will obtain your Static IP Address, gateway, and relevant DNS information using DHCP services. 
Wave will not guarantee connectivity, nor support computers, or network devices with IP addresses hard coded, or manually imputed into their configuration.
