Find your MAC Address of your Network Card/Router WAN:

1) Click on the START button.

2) Select RUN from the menu.

3) Type "cmd" in the dialog box.
4) Click on the OK button.

5) At the C:> prompt, type "ipconfig /all"

6) hit "enter""
7) the screen will return with the list of information like above.
The Physical Address is your MAC Address (shown in white here)
Enter this into the form.
