Basic Cable
Basic Service is one of our most viewed levels of service. Basic Service may include off-air broadcast stations and franchise-required public, educational, government access channels. It also includes all non-premium cable channels such as superstation WGN and TBS and other programming such as A&E, The Discovery Channel, Lifetime, ESPN, USA, TNT and regional sports services. We also offers The Disney Channel on its Basic Service (most cable operators offer it as a Premium Service). Programming varies and is subject to change at any time. Cable customers must subscribe to Basic Service in order to subscribe to Premium Services or Digital Plus service.
Premium Services
Premium channels include Home Box Office, Cinemax, Encore/Starz, and Showtime. With Digital Plus service the premium channels options expand. With HBO, our digital customers automatically also receive at no extra charge HBO Plus, HBO Signature and HBO Family. With Showtime, our digital customers also receive at no extra charge Showtime Too, Showtime Showcase, Showtime Xtra, Sundance, The Movie Channel and The Movie Channel 2. With Cinemax our digital customers also receive MoreMax at no extra charge). With Encore/Starz our digital customers also receive Encore Westerns, Encore Love, Encore Mystery, Encore Drama, Encore Action, Starz, Starz Edge and Starz InBlack).
Other Optional Services
In addition to these programming services, we may also offer our customers, for an additional monthly charge, the rental of converters, Digital Cable service, Pay-Per-View, Digital Music Express (DMX), high-speed Internet access via cable modems or other services. Such services may not be available in all areas and may be subject to certain terms and conditions. |
