SCHEDULE AN INSTALL

Installation Hours:

Monday - Saturday;

AM appointments 8am - 12pm (all types)
PM appointments 12pm - 5pm (all types)
EVE appointments 4pm - 7pm (all types)

Whether adding a new cable service, additional outlet set ups or upgrades to your home, you are entitled to an installation appointment within 7 business days of calling to request our service.

Your appointment will be scheduled in a window no longer than four hours, unless you request otherwise.

* We require that someone over eighteen years of age be at your home during installation of your cable service

Premium Service Connections

No charge during normal Cable service installation
